Creativity - Owl Weekend

Painted these little guys this weekend. I have always been interested in owls...I think I get it from my Grandma Rhynalds.

Stitched up these little hearts to turn the winter tree into a Valentine's Day tree.

Finished this little dishcloth - hung it up in the kitchen!

Creativity - When Silly Things Make You Happy

Mommy Hen

Baby Chick Hatching

This photo I took without the flash...I think I like its softness.

Whew..being born is hard work!
Long winter evenings are nice for being a bit silly and creative...thanks to a tutorial and someone else's creativity...I made this hen, egg, and chick.  The chick fits into the egg and the egg fits into the hen...of course.

Raising Girls - Picnik Photo First!

This was a fun way to spend a little time on a cold winter day....making a summery collage of my two younger girls, Emma and Laura! (there is a little white peeking out in the one frame but o'well) The program is free too, thanks Picnik! Well, time to go for a winter walk and get some fresh air and dream about the amazing green shades of spring.
